Shaikh Cattle Farm is committed to providing healthy, high-quality livestock with honesty, transparency, and excellent customer service. We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

All products and services are subject to availability.
Animal Information
Every effort is made to provide accurate descriptions, photographs, videos, weights, and measurements. However, animals are living creatures and may naturally change in size, weight, colour, and appearance over time. Images are provided for reference only.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change without notice until an order or booking has been confirmed.
Booking & Deposits
A deposit may be required to reserve an animal.
Reserved animals remain the property of Shaikh Cattle Farm until full payment has been received.
Deposits are generally non-refundable, except where Shaikh Cattle Farm is unable to provide the reserved animal.
Instalment Plans
Where instalment plans are offered, customers agree to make all payments on or before the agreed dates.
Failure to make payments may result in cancellation of the booking, and any payments already made may be retained to cover administration, feeding, and care costs.
Animal Health & Welfare
All animals receive appropriate feeding, care, and health monitoring while under our ownership.
Customers are welcome to inspect animals before purchasing by prior appointment.
Once ownership has transferred, the responsibility for the animal passes to the customer.
Palai (Animal Raising Service)
For customers using our Palai Service, Shaikh Cattle Farm agrees to care for and raise the animal professionally until the agreed collection or delivery date.
Animal growth depends on genetics, breed, nutrition, weather, and general health. Therefore, final weight and size cannot be guaranteed.
Qurbani Hissa
Animals supplied for Qurbani are selected to meet Islamic requirements to the best of our knowledge.
Meat distribution will follow the agreed arrangement between Shaikh Cattle Farm and the customer.
Qurbani & Slaughtering Services
Where selected, slaughtering will be carried out according to Islamic (Halal) principles.
During Eid-ul-Adha, processing and delivery times may vary due to increased demand.
Delivery
Delivery is available in selected locations.
Delivery dates are estimates only and may change due to weather, road conditions, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the animal at the agreed delivery time.
Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds are generally not available after:
- Delivery of an animal
- Collection by the customer
- Completion of slaughtering
- Completion of meat processing
Refunds may be considered where required by applicable law or where Shaikh Cattle Farm is unable to fulfil the order.
Website Use
The information on this website is provided in good faith. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee that all information, prices, or availability will always be current or error-free.
We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions at any time.
Intellectual Property
All website content, including logos, photographs, graphics, videos, text, and branding, is the property of Shaikh Cattle Farm and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Shaikh Cattle Farm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the purchase of livestock, use of our services, delivery delays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Privacy
Any personal information provided by customers is handled securely and used only for processing orders, providing services, and communicating with customers. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties except where required by law.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
